Strange characters in Highlights Area

Widget "News Show Pro by GavickPro", in Highlights Area, shows strange characters! Еxample: https://www.dropbox.com/s/d1gae86wseb57 ... 3.png?dl=0

I've checked all that is possible: the encoding of the database, hosting .... But could not solve the problem :-(

I can't see it now on your website, is it visible now? And is visible on all browsers?

Checked on Safari and Chrome.
The problem does not always appear! You have to try SLOWLY change browser window (from big to small).
