Can't access "Installed Plugins" page News2 theme.

I am running news gk_theme on localhost.
In dashboard of News2 theme everything working except plugins page, when i click on "Installed Plugins" page, nothing appear
but the link http://localhost/noigang/wp-admin/plugins.php with white page.

What to do to solve this problem, so that i can access "Installed Plugins" page to manage plugins.

Hi, Are you using gk_news.zip package, not the quickstart?
I've checked this theme on my localhost and don't have any problem with plugins installation. It's your localhost so I can't check this issue exactly, but you may install plugins manually:

Another few issues with news2 wp theme here: http://noigang247.com/.
1. in mobile view it does't show up menu bar. (you see i have reduce theme with for desktop view)
2. i want Headlines (under menu bar) should scroll horizontally.
3. lead news come from (banner_left widget) should slide one by one after 10 seconds.
4. i have added a banner picture on header section just above menu bar, but its not show up on mobile view.

Please whats the solution of above issues.

Regarding your issuess:
1 - please update the News2 theme to the latest version ,this problem is already fixed.
2 - unfortunately not possible (only vertical scrolling is available)
3 - Please check autoanimation settings tab in your widget settings - set interval to 10000 ms and enable autoanimation
4 - This area is disabled on mobile devices, if you want to show it, please edit your News2/css/mobile.css file and remove this code:

Regarding not clickable tabs, please save you widget and then check again.
