Footer widget space not visible in widget admin area

Where is the footer widget space not visible in widget admin area
Where is it ? I'd like to configure the "Sign up for the latest news" text

Ok, I get it. The widget area is called NEWSLETTER. And that text is changed by changing the Title of the Newsletter widget.
