move widget III (video) area

Hi all
Is it possible to move Widget III (Video) area to underneath: | updates | highlights | search | areas.
If yes could you someone show me how?

Please check widgets area available in the News2 theme:

First full-width area is bottom III, you can add this widget into banner or top - but if you have sidebars enabled it won't be full width.
