Unable to install - throws 500 error on database install

Hi,

I'm working from the 3.x quickstart and I have all files (working locally). Install bombs at database stage, DB is created but then get a 500 error:

200 OK

500 Internal Server Error

"NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error - http://local.mysite.com/installation/in ... llDatabase"

Not a permissions error.- checked that!

Did a bit of poking about and it looks like your finder tables have an error somewhere - tried a manual import to the database via PHPMyAdmin and it bombs there as well, after creating the finder tables. I dropped all the finder data from the joomla.sql file (don't need it anyway) and the import goes ahead fine, probably something you'll want to address.

Thank You for report, but I've just tried to install quickstart for News 2 template and all went fine. Have You experienced same issue on live and local serve ?
