Menus not performing correctly

I'm having issues configuring the main menu.

I have the following first-level menu item set with CSS Class "menu-cols-3": Cave Diving & Wreck Diving

Both first-level menus have 3 sub-menus that are set as default category menu items.

The sub-menus are not displaying below the first-levels. I have Menu Type: Overlay & Depth Of Main Menu: All Levels.

You should have on more level (column headers) between your Cave Diving (with css class "menu-cols-3) and 3 submenu items. Please check this article:
