Are you sure? When I'm trying to access http://www.reggaemexicano.com/wp-admin I always get "Forbidden" due lack of access to wp-login.php - maybe you have some IP-blocked resources?

Your problems was caused by corrupted comments.php file in the theme. I've uploaded the original version and as I see now the single post page is ok.
