Adding 'header_right' module position for banner ad

Hi, I've searched the forums and website but haven't been able to work this out so hopefully you can help.

I am trying to add a new module position in the right hand side of the header area of the Game template so that I can display banner ads - or possibly use Google Adsense in the future.

Following the instructions at https://www.gavick.com/documentation/jo ... -position/

1. I have edited the templateDetails.xml file to add: <position>header_right</position>
2. I have edited the gk.const.php file to add: 'header_right' => 'none',

But I am not quite sure how / where / or what I need to modify in the default.php file.

I am working on localhost so cannot provide URL but I have attached a picture of what I want to achieve.

Would appreciate any help. Thanks

It depends on where this module should shown. You need a little bit of php/Joomla knowledge to be able to find out correct file / place.

I kept working at it and have now added new the header positions.

I won't post how I did it as I am not sure if it was the right way but at least it's working
