Please, I need to know how can I change size and font in titles and text of the articles:

And if you don't have time to learn, use following solution for K2 items:
TITLE

article header h1, article header h2 { font-size: 32px;}

TEXT

.itemBody, .itemBody p { font-size: 14px;}

Of course use your own values, mine was example.

About Font-Family
Use my title class in "Font" tab in template settings.
