Image display in Text Widget for GK Grid

Hi,

I cant seem to get the images i want displayed in the GK Grid widget via the text widget to display on the website frontpage.

My code is below:

the text is displayed, but the background image isnt displayed.

I need some help on this as soon as possible as no changes seem to work. Maybe there is something i am missing?
