Trying to mimic demo website

I've tried my best to follow the instructions. I'm lost. You guys need to make a youtube video on how to mimic. I'm not good with this stuff. Can anyone help?

Did you try to install the quickstart package? If you want to match the demo layout and content exactly then the best option is to use the quickstart package; this is a full WordPress installation that installs WordPress, the theme, plugins, widgets and demo content to match our demo.
