These text widgets from GK Grid III position are source for GK Grid widget from Header position.

Hi!

I have a question about the settings for (M)social.

I can only change/edit my widgets when I choose widget rules: disabled in Features settings, and not when it is enabled. Why is that? The problem is also that the website does only work when this setting is enabled.

Could not decompress the packet. The issue is not the style sheet style.css.

Failure to install the theme.

Hi @opcionesbinarias,
You can't install the quickstart package on existing wordpress installation (quickstart is the latest version of WordPress with our theme, content and confuguration included).

I install wordpress msocial theme (http://vitalaims.org/projects/wpsec/), i didn't find demo content file(xml) for install on my website as looks like demo theme.

Hi,

The xml file may be found here:

But after importing your website won't looks like our demo, because most elements are based on widgets, so you have to configure them manually or install the quickstart package, please check links from my previous post.

I have imported the xml file and also imported .json file in the theme. But still it is not showing proper demo just like the demo theme.

Hi,

I've already answered you twice. Now you don't have a quickstart on your website - only basic theme files. Most elements are based on widgets which can't be imported, so you have to configure them manually following the configuration page:

Or you can remove existing wordpress installation and install the msocial quickstart:

All pictures are replaced by gray/blank images because of the license. Other stuff are connected with buddypress, please add new users, add some content (activities, photos) and should be fine.

1) Thanks for the information. One last thing i have to make sure is that the recenet activities are not showing on home page. even there are a lot of activities and media uploaded on the social media. Please check this homepage link.

HI,

You issues are connected with GK Grid widget, you have to check which updates/photos are taken inside the GK Grid on your frontpage (in GK BP widget, there is an offset option, so by default not latest activity is taken but i.e. 4th), if you want to remove BUDDYPRESS ACTIVITY WALL - NEW GK BP WIDGET, please edit 3rd widget of your homepage grid.
