Beautiful template as always, how can I change the width of the logo+menu section to 100% instead of 1120px.

Also, how can I add a module position on top of the logo+menu

1. You would need to edit /layouts/default.php and move #gkHeader outside of #gkContentWrapper and correct some css'es to make it look ok again.
