No Comment Form on Post pages

I'm not getting a comment form on any of the posts. Comments are enabled in the Post sidebar. Under WP Settings I've "allowed" commenting. I've installed the Fat Panda Facebook Comments and have tried it with it enabled and with it disabled. Either way, there's no comment section.

You can allow comments from WP settings (only for new posts), please check also settings from your single post (Screen Option -> Discussion) and make sure that checkbox "Allow comments." is enabled.
