I would like to add the "Live Chat" (like the Cloudhoust Theme), I want to add that option to this site. I have to add some plugin?

Yes, you have to use 3rd party plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=chat

In the CloudHost theme, there's only a button, there's no chat feature included.
