Breadcrumb does not work good by tags

unfortunately, the breadcrumb does not work good when I don´t use the standard permalink. How can I fix it? See http://dev.ppam.de/tag/druck/

I've checked the breadcrumb function and tag is taken from the URL address, so it's not possible to get tag title if the permalinks are changed.
