Hello,

I'm using the Creativity template and I don't receive emails from the contact form on the frontpage. I've gone into the dashboard settings and added my email address. I input values for all fields and the template even says, "Email sent successfully" however, no email in my inbox. I went into the appearance editor and found layouts/gkcontact.php. Do I have to change something here as well?

I searched the forum and it said something about Joomla smtp settings but i'm using a wordpress theme.. Can someone please post a step by step on email configuration in this theme?

Thanks,
AJ

Hello,
If you have also problem with contact form from "contact page" - there's a problem with your server unfortunately. Please ask your server provider why smtp doesn't work properly.
This default function is used to send mails:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_mail
For this function to work, the settings SMTP and smtp_port (default: 25) need to be set in your php.ini file.

Hello,

I need your help. I have a similar problem http://dev.ppam.de I get an error message after the mail was sent.

Could you tell me how can I fix it? Another question is: how can I get a mandatory option to the contact form?

Best wishes,

Jan

Hi,

Your website is unavailable. Regarding the mandatory options - you'll have to edit contact shortcode in
Creativity/gavern/helpers/helpers.shortcodes.php file.
