Hello. At www.shellyryder.com, when you click on Who I Am, how do I change the options that show in the Header area? It's been a long time since I've worked on my site, and I had freelance help. So I am a little clueless unfortunately. The Documentation for Creativity was not helpful.

Hi Shelly,
I agree it was long time ago.
If I remember well it was a News Show Pro GK5 module published on "header" position
and just check Data Source tab - probably it uses K2 items.

p.s.
And for some reasons you disabled or deleted "work small think big" menu item
