Hi,

I am using this template on this domain ... http://dalesharp.com/

I have issues where, for some reason facebook is unable to crawl my homepage properly to pick up my open graph tags.

1) Photo's page ...
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/d ... m%2Fphotos

This is fine and facebook sees what I see when I 'view source' manually from website.

BUT! :-)

2) Home page ...
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/d ... arp.com%2F

The crawler does not see what I see when I 'view source' manually from website.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Dale.

I don't believe it does behave the same.
Any support you could offer in diagnosing this would be much appreciated.
I'm happy to pass you admin credentials if that would help.
Thanks in advance.

I've just tested your demo of the Creativity template ... https://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/creativity/
The facebook scaper also sees something different here too.
Thanks,
Dale.

I'm guessing that this could be do with the responsive stuff?
When the facebook crawler looks, the website doesn't know what to do so serves the minimum?
Just a guess, but it would be nice to know your thoughts.
Thanks.
Dale.

Ok, so I know I'm not a VIP support member, but I would at least expect a reply to my comments on this forum for help, not within hours, but maybe a few days?

I've just looked a refunds, and it's unclear whether this is 14 days or 7 days (see below).

"However, if you have used our support channels and read our documentation and are still not satisfied, we'll offer you a quibble-free refund within the first 14 (fourteen) days after your purchase; all we ask it that you provide us with some helpful feedback so that we can aim to win you back in the future! Simply get in touch with our Billing & Account team via our support ticket system and they will make the necessary arrangements."

"We are afraid that refunds outside of the aforementioned 7 (seven) day window cannot be granted; as our products are delivered entirely digitally and we are unable to regulate distribution and use of our products once downloaded it is necessary that some controls are in place to prevent unauthorized use of our templates and themes."

1. Do not bump your questions - it will always make you wait longer.
2. You don't believe or did you check actually? Have you tried to clear fb cache after template change with this tool:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ ?
