Facebook not in Dutch en gives error message

Hello,

My Facebook doesn't change in Dutch eventhough I've done the instruction I read on the old post:

I changed en_US to nl_NL. I also get error message after I log in. The likes are not registered.

Can someone help me, please?

PS. The counter of the twitter stays 0 eventhough I've sent a twit once. I think that it doesn't work well either. Where do I do wrong?
I don't know if the G+ works well. I haven't tried it yet.
