Logo causing formatting issues?

Hi guys,

Just a quick one. I inserted a new image logo into Storebox and it's pushed everything out of alignment. It's making the logo sit still aligned on the left hand side but now above the search box - everything (search box & menu) have been pushed down.

I've even got a logo that's the same size as the original, the only way it works is with the default CSS logo?

Any ideas guys?
