Related Products in WooCommerce not working

The Related products section below the single product page is not working properly. It is displaying products which are totally UNRELATED. It seems that it's just displaying product randomly. How do I set that area to display Related Products by tags? Thanks.

I'm sorry, but you have to ask WooCommerce support, we only provide a visual layer for this mechanisms.

Yes, I saw that page before when I was looking around for solutions. It's pretty useless in this situation. Have no clue as to why they assign a related product layer if the products aren't even related.
