How to update new version 1.1 of StoreBox on Wordpress?

Hello,

how can I update the new version 1.1 of StoreBox-theme for Wordpress? Manually via FTP? It seems to me a lot of work because there are a lot of files they have to update.
Is there a simple way to update? I ask because it is the first time I have to update a theme on Wordpress.
