when placing first, next module below always wrong space

hi there

i have the ticker module placed here:
http://test.mecc.nl/nl/
(right side)

as you can see when placing on top, it always conflicts with the next module below. i have this problem on all sites with ticker...

the following code in the custom.css doesn't help

Could You paste a screenshot of both modules on (when the problem is visible) and mark them on screenshot?
