Number of articles to display

The Highlighter on my website: http://www.mogulmix.com/dashboard/

Situation:
I have for articles that should display through the highlighters rotation, but only 1 article appears during the rotation. Between the rotation of that article the highlighter will display a blank space. I'm not sure if it is trying to display one of the articles or not.

Is there a minimum number of articles that will display and if so how do I change that?

There are now 2 of 3 articles showing. Im not sure why the 3rd will not show. the article is set to publish instant.

I'm not sure what the problem is with highlighter, but i have read the manual with no result.

any thoughts. Thank you.
