Can't display when only a single article

I have created the Highlighter module and linked to a single article category.
The category contains only one article.
No highlighter text is displayed.
If I link the highlighter to 2 different categories then the articles text start to flow....
any idea?

Why do You need a heighlighter if there is only one article ?? Please use a simple mod_custom with a link to this article.
