Suckerfish menus appear UNDERNEATH Highlighter IE7

I am truly hoping someone can help me out. Our news highlighter works perfectly in Firefox but in IE7 the highlighter runs underneath any drop downs from our Suckerfish menus.

Can someone please advise on a solution for this?
