GK1 apple accordion style menu conflict

One more question from newbie,

My question is:
It seems that GK1 conflicts with the apple accordion style menu url:http://www.kksou.com/php-gtk2/Joomla/Accordion-Menu-Apple-style.php. When the accordion style menu is enabled GK1 stops to scroll, although it still shows. I think its a mootools jquery conflict.
Have you maybe had someone else with the same problem, or any idea how to resolve the issue?
Help greatly appreciated as I've been trying myself and not succeeding. I would really like to have both on the frontpage of my site. (Which is still being built on localhost)

Try to force disable Mootools on advanced parameters of HighLighter.
Leave script as automatic.
