Help?

New to this and all a little confused. When I saw what the highlighter could do on the demo page with different heights etc and background colours, i instanstly downloaded it. Though when i use it in joomla its very basic options list and really you cant change colors heights or anything it seems?

AM I missing something and can someone help explain how I can customise it more?
