PICTURE QUALITY IS BAD ... WHAT TO DO TO IMPROVE?

I put the jpg on the main page in 90% ... on my monitor appears one way and when I put the site appears with a different image ... is there anything that is limiting the quality of the images that are placed on the site?

I even put in png ... Yet all appears blurred. Have any way to solve this ... Please ajudemm ... is very very ugly.

This one has no way at all ... the picture is horrible ... What do I send the same quality ... 've sent up on. png to the site and still the same thing ... ugly?
