Don't know where to change certain info

In this screenshot, where can you change the footer info as well as the 3 panels above it?

And where do you change the sliders?

Those are html widgets.
You can edit them by going to Appearance -> Widgets, and viewing Bottom II and Bottom III Widgets tab on the right.

I would like to know where to edit the images (small bicycle thumbnails under the main slider?) Ive looked everywhere. Is it a widget?

Yes, it's GK News Gallery widget placed in Top I widget area.
