Bikestore WP how leave index.php

Hello, I prepare wordpress site on bikestore template.
On localhost works OK. Client serwer no have mod_rewrite module, and all pages must have index.php in url.
On old template all works great.
Bikestore template removing index.php from url.
Eg:
old standard template url works OK:
/index.php/?cat=93
Bikestore template:
/?cat=93 - removing index.php and redirecting to /cat/excutives-biographies/ . Serwer show dafault 404 NotFound page.
Not possible to instal mod_rewrite.
In permalink seting I have:
http://www.mypage.com/index.php/?p=123

Plese help me where I cancel to remove index.php from link

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Access only via VPN. Wordpress is just a small marketing part of a large software.
The server does not have and will not have enable mod_rewrite module.

For your demo is the same problem:
if url is http://demo.gavick.com/wordpress/bikest ... age_id=742
website remove index.php
If in config in section General->Site Address (URL) enter http://demo.gavick.com/wordpress/bikestore/index.php website remove index.php too.
