Couple of weather feature thoughts:

1. User can enter zip code to update weather for thier location from within module
2. Joomla admin could add "zip code" to user's profile and have weather module automatically update module based on users entry in "zip code" when user logs onto site

Not sure if it would be possible to show weather based on zip code but thought this would be a good suggestion.
