Can't get GK Weather to work

I have done everything I could think of following the usually dead-on Help files included with Gavick things:

1. Made the curl extension active
2. Set permissions on files to 777 as mentioned for cache
3. Set latitude and longitude correctly
4. Set city correctly

Am attempting to place module in user1 location on front page of Icki Sports template.

What am I missing?
