Timezone issue

I´m trying to set up timezone in my site, but something is missing me.
The icon of the weather this night shows a shinning sun.
Can anyone tell me how can i set up timezone to Porto, Portugal?

Hi again,

thank you for you tip, but something not working. At this time, 21.32 hours, night, and the module show´s a shinnig sun. My doubt is what code must i put at the field timezone.
0 is not the right option.

Well, i have tested locally and works fine... but this is locally.

In same time (1H15AM), Penafiel Weather was like this on my test.



With this configurations:



Meanwhile, at same time in your site, the weather was like this:



Make sure that you add properly geographic coordinates location of Penafiel and since your site is hosted on United States server, try adjusting timezone with (i.e.) -5.
