problem with mod_weather_gk4

I uninstalled mod_weather_gk4 vers.1.6 on site http://www.silvanofedi.com because it did not work and now when I install the vers. 2.5 returns this message: JFolder :: create: Infinite loop detected Warning: Failed to place the file! Can you help?

Please correct permissions for the tmp directory, because currently it is unwritable and it can cause your problem.

I can not. The permissions of tmp directory seems to me like the others (755). I also tried to delete the contents, but nothing ....
