Error on page

I installed the news template and was working but today when I check the web site I see the following error "Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Error initialising the session.". It appears both on the front end and back end.

Can You please include a screenshot ? I think it's a server error message, not jooomla.

The staff of my hosting company already solve it. They say it was a permissions issue.
