footer nav and footer position

hello again, after some changes that i make , the footer nav and the footer positions it is not showing.
i following the instruction to setup footer module but nothing.
can you please provide me a solution for this issue.???

ok, i found a solution with the file default.php

the section for the footer you can find at templates>name_template>layouts>default.php

for some reason when i enable the footer copyright from template settings it didnt appear.
