Div line over modules and highlights with over size

Hi,

I'm using a News 2 and having two problems on home page:

1. The highlights are expanding the space for this module. When I use a diferent template for the module, the high goes right but the text gone somewhere else. disapeared.

2. O GK news and banners modules there are a line over the module, see image. how can I take it off?
