I lost my password in loggin to www.gcilimited.org/administrator but the "forgot my password" section requires me to type in an email account so that it can send a link to me but it said my email account is wrong too. It seems I have no where to check and find out my password. Please respond to my email at [email protected]. It's been 4 days I have not been able to get a proper answer. Kin

Tried to go to phpMyAdmin, copy and pasted password as in MD5 as suggested and log in to the joomla administrator account and paste the same password there. It still does not go in. When I changed my email account in the phpMyAdmin and use that in the "forgot password" icon and still have no feedback on it.

Any other ways you may suggest?

Its 100% Joomla problem, not related with our template.
Resetting password in phpMyAdmin is the only thing that comes to my mind.
Perhaps You should ask the question on some global Joomla forum?
