How do I implement the steakhouse contact form ...

Hi, I'd like to implement the Steakhouse contact form (with the map of the location etc) into my webpage which is based on the Startup template. I prefer the Steakhouse contact form to the contact form in this template (but I prefer this template generally).

How do I implement that form into this template?

but it may request some style customization to look exactly this same, but this part belong to you.

Second option, use contact module downloaded from JED with its own style in-build.

Hmm I installed the plugin, and now I get this error in Joomla:

An error has occurred.
ReCaptcha plugin needs a public key to be set in its parameters. Please contact a site administrator


How do I fix that?.
