Hi

All You should do it to publish login module in login position. But please send me an access to joomla panel, so I'll check, because there is no example of such position in our demo, so I cannot be sure if this was applied for this template.

Hi

About popup looks that You have selected the only one template where login in popup was not provided and designed as an ordinary link to login form, so this will not be possible without adding this manually.

Recaptcha code is being added to site, but there is an error in recaptcha script:

Code: Select all
TypeError: Recaptcha.widget is null
error source line:
...b&&(c=RecaptchaTemplates.CleanCss,d=RecaptchaTemplates.CleanHtml,f="png");"conte...

Please check if API is correct.

Hi

If You want to use recaptcha You need to generate API and secret for it here: http://www.google.com/recaptcha/whyrecaptcha

than simply enter this values into recaptcha plugin. No editing of the file is required.

Hi

That's odd. Is there any other extension used on register site ?

Also try renaming /html/com_users to /html/_com_users to check if problem is comming from jomla or our template.

Thank you for your reply.
no , joomla+gk template as it was on quickstart.
renaming as you instructed had the same result.

remember password+username recaptcha is ok, but on register page is not appearing.

It seems that something on K2 conflicts with gavick and joomla native parameters.
when i disable k2 user profile, recaptcha appears normally.

on k2 parameters keys are inserted normally

Hi

K2 is using jQuery lib, so You may try to disable it in K2 settings to check if recaptcha will show. Also K2 got it's own recaptcha which may need to be disabled also.

this is very odd.
as i said, on registration page the recapcha is not appearing by default

plugin is enabled
global config option is enabled.
k2 jquery and recapcha option is disabled.

the problem i think is that on registration page both recapcha forms are trying to operate even though k2 is disabled.
the result is that users are seeing the errors
Empty solution not allowed.
or
The words you typed did not match the ones displayed. Please try again.

can you please assist?

i think i've managed to solve it

Disable the Captcha -ReCaptcha component in the global configuration
Go to the User Manager and then to the Options (Users Configuration) and set Captcha to be "none selected"
Go to the K2 configuration and enable Captcha
then both captcha's will be used but only one will be displayed (the K2 one)

Hi

Ok. That's unorthodox way of doing it, but since K2 is used on every page than I believe it will work :)
