Menu header (item) not clickable

I have made my menu in 4 columns - each coloum has a headline - and the customer don´t want this headline to be clickable!
Is that possible???? I tried the standard seperator - but it still looks like a link!!!

I suppose that the problem is with "hand" icon on this item?
In theory It's possible to replace it with default only for selected menu items - even when they are "links".
But In practice I have never tried it

where 896 - is menu item ID - you can find it in Menu Manager.
