I want to disable the option of responsive in my template of GameNews. I want to know how to do that.

Hi, sure no problem.
Go to: Template Manager and than... /remember to SAVE settings/

Do you use the latest version of this template "Version: 3.8 / Date: 13/02/2012 "
if not please update, without this it would not be so easy to disable it.
