Need help adjusting banner images on Game template

Reduced the size of my custom image now tab modules are overlaying the banner images. Reduced the size in half. Original image was (Image width 2080 x image height 936) and the Margin bottom was 430.

I changed to image width to 1040, image height to 468 and Margin bottom to 215. I like the reduced size of the image. How do I push the tab modules lower so I can see my entire image?
