Perhaps folder:
modules/mod_image_show_gk4/cache/
is not writable by apache?

hi, thank you very much...

but now i have noted that even if in the module (interface) i put for example the image of 640 px (width) and i upload an image of 640 width...in the browser the image look bigger...look here: www.clubfarma.it

maybe i have to change the css? but wich?

The module is set to display images with this size. Either upload bigger images (947px wide) or change Image Show module parameters.
