Startup Template NOT PERMITTED to access Image Show GK4

I'm working on a new installed template and when I try to access the Image Show GK4 module it gives me and error code / not permitted (see below).

I'm unsure if this is an error in the template or if there is another place in Joomla to control these images? Can someone please assist. How do I fix or manage the images in this module?

Please select this locked module and than click "Check In" on top of module list page. Let me know if this helped.
