is it possible to have the writing be on the side

hi is it possible to have the writing on the module appear on the side. what i means is, is it possible to have a picture on the left and then the writing on the right hand side of the picture.

example is www.thesun.co.uk where they have the picture and then the writing on the site.

i want to be able to have a module where i can decide when to use this setting. so for example i may want some pages like this and then other pages where the writing is at the bottom

any help would be great
