Failed Installation of Creativity quickstart

I have tried numerously without success in installing the quickstart template. Can you help out in installing it.
I have read through on the configuration guideline but still having problems installing it.

Could you provide more details? Any error message during the installation?

It is says unable to packs or something like that.

you can login and look through, help install it but i would kindly need a guideline on how you did it

It seems, that you are trying to install the quickstart package on existing WordPress (via Appearance -> Themes section) - it's not possible, because the quickstart is a WordPress files with our theme, content, plugins and configuration included.
