Synchronizing 3 Sections of Parallax with Content divs in be

I am trying to get 3 parallax sections working, when i zoom all the way out (ctrl/cmd -) i can see all 3 parallax sections moving, so i know they are all working, however i cannot get the 3rd and final section (from header, bottom text widget) to work, I have tried changing the Y percentages around, and the "area" values from 1 to 6000) and it has not worked. I see on the demo that the "island" parallax image piece is synched in terms of Y movement. It appears to never stop moving behind the content when you scroll down.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to configure your parallax sections properly - probably the problem is caused by too much content between your parallax areas.

I've tried also to configure default demo content with 3 parallax sections - https://demo.gavick.com/wordpress/creative/
and it's possible, but the animation from last (3rd) section is delayed (not enough animation is visible I think).

In this case you have 2 options:
- decrease amount of the content between parallax areas
- use only 2 parallax areas (remove the middle parallax from Mainbody widget area, because it's event not adjusted properly - it's not a full width like Header Top and Header Bottom areas), If I were you, I would choose this option.
